The fresh administration of the Ministry of Interior and Administration after the reconstruction of the government begins, at least formally, with the reorganization of conditions on the western border with allied Germany. Czesław Mroczek, Secretary of State at the Ministry of abroad Affairs, publishes a fresh regulation: on respective episodes there have been changes.
