Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that as a consequence of the reconstruction, there will be a "weaning" of the government and alternatively of 26, there will be 21 constitutional ministers, members of the Council of Ministers. He besides announced that decisions would be taken to reduce the number of secretaries and Undersecretaries of State.
