Providing individual assistance to people over 65 is 1 of the most serious challenges facing the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy under the leadership of the Minister Agnieszka Dziemanowicz-Bąk. However, the bill is controversial. Although it is intended to guarantee continuity of support for people with disabilities, the fresh government runs counter to the UN Convention.
