New president Desamet

The fresh President, in accordance with the decision of the supervisory board of the company, will take office on 19 August 2024.
Jerzy Derusu so serves as president of the Management Board of Desamet S.A. until 18 August 2024.
On August 13, 2024, Krzysztof Zuba was recalled as a board member. The selection procedure for a associate of the Management Board has not been completed.
