New mortar close to first customer. Previously tested in Poland

In September 2025, Azerbaijan's analyst Fuad Shahbazov reported the interest in Azerbaijan in the Slovak auto-powered mortar AM120, which is inactive a very fresh solution on the market. He then referred to the country's agreement with Slovakia concluded in May 2024 (https://www.defenceturk.net/azerbaycan-ve-slovakya-arasinda-yeni-is-birliga) on cooperation in the military and arms sectors, among others. Thus, buying the latest self-propelled mortar from our confederate neighbour seemed a natural step.
