The fresh life of an old rocket launcher

The Ukrainian army inactive has respective 100 russian rocket launchers in its state [BM-21 Grad](https://defence24.pl/war-on-Ukrainian-report-special-defence24/Ukrainian-atakuja-rosjan-gradem-z-Polish) in respective varieties and its [derivatives](https://defence24.pl/war-on-Ukrainian-report-special-defence24/rakietowa-war-strikes-Russian-positions). However, many are already in mediocre method condition and require major repairs or even modernization. An example of specified work is the launcher, which was shown by the Ukrainian National defender in the first half of May, which was referred to as BM-21 Hail. It is to be part of a wider process of retrofitting specified vehicles throughout the formation.
