New sanctions on Belarus for helping Russian invasion

The package of fresh sanctions affects various sectors of the Belarusian economy and introduces provisions to prevent the EU from circumventing the restrictions previously imposed on Russia. The aim is to cover Belarus with the same restrictions that are already applied to Russia, even more so, as their absence was utilized by the Kremlin to circumvent EU sanctions.
