For years we have been describing the activities of Rafał Gawł and the environment around the Monitoring Centre for Racist and Xenophobic Behaviours (OMZRiK). Contrary to its image of an organization tracking criminals and acting as a moral arbitrator, its leaders have long remained heroes of many controversy and proceedings conducted by law enforcement authorities.
Left-wing activist and convicted criminal Rafał Gawel from the OMZRiK yach has further problems. Zero Portal described Today, further allegations concerning OMZRiK's founder and financial flows related to its Norwegian company Gawła called "Hello I Love You Social Media Agency". The material shows that around the activities of the erstwhile OMZRiK president there are inactive further questions requiring clarification, and detected by the services, millions of deficiencies in the OMZRiK account, may have been transferred and spent on private whims pursued by the fugitive's BOLO.

The proceedings shall be conducted in respect of Article 233 § 1 of the Criminal Code concerning false testimony.
It's not a blame for anyone. The initiation of the investigation, however, means that the D.A. considers the notification and the collected material adequate to conduct criminal proceedings and verify whether there has been a criminal offence.

As a portal, for years we have informed about the activities of Rafał Gawł and Konrad D., pointing to many doubts about the functioning of the politicized OMZRiK environment. Magna Polonia will monitor the conduct of the proceedings conducted by the territory Prosecutor's Office in Sanok and study on all its applicable stages.
