The UK will hand over Ukraine a fresh batch of advanced gas masks to defend soldiers from chemical, biological, radiological and atomic hazards (CBRN). The £10.2 million contract will be implemented by Avon Technologies, a maker of military FM50 masks, which meet NATO standards and are used, among others, by American armed forces.
