According to the British paper "The Telegraph", Europe is building a fresh "iron curtain", which is to extend from northern Finland to Polish Lublin. The nonsubjective is to safe the borders of NATO countries neighbouring Belarus and Russia with millions of land mines. These actions, undertaken by Poland, the Baltic States and Finland, are to effectively deter Moscow and Minsk from possible attacks on Western countries.
