The Pomeranian Voivodeship, Beata Rutkiewicz, decided to surprise us all with its unexpected participation in political agitation. Rutkiewicz did this despite the fact that her position powerfully forbids it. There's a voivod spokesperson in this case.
In fresh days, there has been an incidental that can be described as... scandal. The Pomeranian Voivodeship, Beata Rutkiewicz, decided to participate in the election campaign, agitating for the candidate of the Civic Coalition to the Sejm of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Beata Koniarska. This activity has revealed itself not only with the joint distribution of leaflets, but besides with a post on Instagram voivods, which powerfully encourages voting for the aforementioned candidate.
This could be a classical image from the election campaign, had it not been for the fact that Beata Rutkiewicz is an authoritative individual in the civilian service corps. In accordance with the rules governing the work ethics of civilian servants, its activities should stay apolitical, impartial and free from any form of political agitation. Here's a full surprise.
Provincial Rutkiewicz breaks the rules
If we look at the rules governing the functioning of the civilian service corps, we rapidly come to the conclusion that participation in the electoral campaign, and even more publically supporting circumstantial candidates, is in clear conflict with the principles of impartiality and apoliticalism. Moreover, the activity of the voivode Rutkiewicz seems to be a tactless forgetting that a state authoritative not only represents the state, but above all should be a warrant of political neutrality.
The entry of the voivode on Instagram, in which it praises Beata Koniarska, is in this context nothing little than an astonishing faux pas. How could 1 forget the basic principles of ethics and law, becoming part of an election campaign? This is simply a question to which the answer seems to be as elusive as the sense of the full situation.

Press Secretary responds
Portal wbięmszpile.pl contacted the press spokesperson of the Pomeranian Voivodeship – Natalia Glińska-Jackowska to ask if the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Beata Rutkiewicz, does not see problems in agitation.
“I don’t see a problem with that,” said the spokesman. “PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński, acting as Prime Minister, besides appeared on billboards with candidates for Members of the Polish Parliament. No 1 responded at the time," says the spokesman.
The portal wjęmyszpile.pl reminded that the ruling coalition was going to power with a view to improving standards, not further spoiling them.
– I do not know precisely the rules in this area. Your voivode was after working hours, said the spokesman.
It seems that the situation around the political agitation of the Pomeranian voivodship, Beata Rutkiewicz, is gaining additional, rather amazing colors. It's just another provincial screw-up from the beginning of her job. Recently, I entered szpile.pl and revealed that the voivode had a diploma from the disgraced College of Humanum.
