Biden's controversial declarations

Biden, however, did not explain how he intended to accomplish this, given that neither his administration nor legislature could straight influence the decisions of the ultimate Court.
The only option for Biden and Democrats would be to push through government legalising abortion at national level, which would require a majority in the home of Representatives and 60 votes in the Senate. With the current arrangement of forces, this is virtually impossible, but Biden signaled to his supporters to advance the thought of "abortion for all" as a way to win votes.
Problems with clarity of speech
Biden had apparent difficulty formulating his thoughts. He cut himself a fewer times, and his arguments were inconsistent. Trump took the chance to point to these faults, which gave him an advantage in the eyes of many viewers.

Trump was full of energy, purposeful and ready to act as president throughout the debate. His presence on phase was impressive, especially given the force he had been under since he gained the Republican nomination. Even his conviction in the fresh York court turned into an asset, claiming that Biden “could not win” unless he accused his election opponent.
Biden vs Trump: A strategical Advantage
