Notification of the European Commission in the revision of the KSC. The government removed the records?

The government removed the request for a method notification to the European Commission from the current draft amendment of the National Cybersecurity Act. However, these records were in earlier versions of the regulations - before it went to the Sejm. How do experts justice this step?
