Many types of weapons were utilized to play respective types of scenarios during NATO-wide Formidable Shield 2025 exercises on May 3-25. These included NOMADS and NASAMS anti-aircraft defence systems from Kongsberg, which were deployed off the coast of Andøya Island. They were utilized to play scenarios utilizing ground-to-air missiles. They were to be supported by the HIMARS rocket artillery system. Thus it was another chance to advance them before the Alliance states (and not only).
