Tuesday (4 October) South Korea's Chief of Staff (JCS) and the nipponese Coast defender alerted their governments to launch a ballistic rocket by North Korea, which was most likely aimed at Japan's airspace. After passing over nipponese territory, he fell into the waters of the Pacific Ocean.
