The origin of the photograph points to Russian alternatively than British origin.

Russian origin of the brochure on pedophilia

The first attention is drawn by a photograph of the brochure around which the crayons were scattered. This composition suggests that the leaflet is addressed to the youngest. The reverse image search leads to the oldest publication of this graphic on the Russian social portal vKontakte, specifically the profile dedicated to Sankt-Petersburg "City SPb".

W Common On 8 August, all pages of the brochure were shown and the following description was given:

There is no problem anymore, and Britain is now worried about the feelings of paedophiles (this is not a joke).

A Russian holidayer in Europe came across a brochure on how to deal with a pedophile. It is intended for children.

Here's a translation of a fewer points:

You can't scream or cry. You may insult a person;
– Don't call him a pedophile. It could be as offensive as the word n!
– effort to get to know him better. He just wants to make fresh friends like you!

It's over.

The portal did not explain how an alleged Russian tourist came across a brochure for children in Britain.

The entry was displayed more than 16,000 times. On the same day, the same photos were published by the Russian profile Ведомство on a telegram that has over 47.5 1000 followers. On the Internet, apart from 1 copy on Russian pages, no another version of this leaflet can be found, or even mention of it.

orthographic error

Although the brochure was allegedly published in the UK, the most crucial word in it – a pedophile, is written in the American version – pedophile. Meanwhile, according to Cambridge Dictionary The correct British form of the word is paedophile. The authors of the printout so utilized the word in the Anglo-Saxon record, which seems to be rather a fundamental mistake, given the subject of the leaflet.

The brochure is part of Russian propaganda

On 15 August, Russian tv Tsargrad published Article "British children learn to invitation pedophiles home". Editor-in-chief of this channel was Chief ideologist of Kremlin, Aleksandr Dugin.

The publication reads:

It is worth noting that the promotion of legalization of pedophilia in the West is not an isolated case, but a deliberate vector of hard work of perverted lobbyists. We in Russia do not request specified “values” – force against our children is categorically unacceptable.

The above information clearly indicates that the brochure in question is another example of an interior propaganda run aimed at discrediting the West as a morally corrupt world.

Posts with a false brochure were published by accounts Hungarian, Spanishand even on the American portal 9GAG.

Actual recommendations in the UK – PANTS (Pants rule)

A real educational run teaching how to defend the youngest in Britain looks completely different from Russian propaganda. The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), a British charity that has been active in the protection of children for 130 years, has prepared 5 rules to be followed guarantee the safety of children.

NSPCC has prepared teaching materials for teachers who can teach their children how to behave with strangers. A set of rules has been defined as rules PANTS (i.e. ‘clothes’).

Summary

The origin of the alleged English brochure is photos published in Russian social media by an alleged anonymous tourist from Russia. This leaflet fits into the Kremlovian propaganda run to show the “moral rot” of Western citizens. This action is aimed mainly at the interior recipient, but as can be seen from these examples, it besides hits susceptible ground in Poland.
