No more velocity on the electrical scooter. Ministry of Infrastructure announces changes

The Ministry of Infrastructure wants to strengthen surveillance of electrical scooters and bicycles, which may pose a safety risk. The bill is intended to prevent the introduction to Poland of devices that do not meet certain method criteria and let the improvement of a velocity higher than 20 km/h. The City defender will be authorized to control the velocity and power of electrical scooters.
