No more planes? Russia starts with a "wet" lease!

Russian airlines have gained a fresh tool in the fight against the crisis of the possible deficiency of passenger aircraft – now they can rent abroad aircraft along with the crew and this besides for global flights. This breakthrough, the alleged "wet lease", has so far been possible only between national companies and exclusively for home flights.
