U.S. president peculiar Envoy for Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, assured that no 1 would force Ukraine to sign a peace agreement with Russia. He stressed that it was president Volodymyr Zelenski and Ukrainian people who would decide the future of their country. Kellogg besides announced his journey to Ukraine, where he will meet Zelenski. He stressed that the precedence of the U.S. is to supply Ukraine with a safety guarantee, not dictate peace terms.
