The invisible origin of triumph in war. Can you measurement the will to fight?

The assessment of military capabilities requires more than a balance of numbers and weapons. The DIA's public analytical framework organises an assessment of the factors that affect the willingness of leaders and soldiers to proceed the fight, referring to wider investigation [RAND](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/modern-war-unregular-new-face-conflicts) over the will to fight. The experience of Ukraine shows that the designation of the intention to invade does not prejudge the correct assessment of the state's ability to defy or to wage war.
