15.7 million Poles can sleep peacefully – their towns are highly resistant to health, natural, humanitarian and military crises. But for hundreds of thousands, the situation is completely different. The study of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego shows that 311,000 people live in local governments that are peculiarly susceptible to various crises. Where are these most endangered cities?
