My grandmother, mother, and uncle, they survived the occupation. After the war, they had to fend for themselves. Friend of my grandpa Colonel Jerzy Iszkowski as 1 of the first to participate in raids on Germany. He returned to the country on 15 January 1944 as quiet. After the war, he passed the UB executionery, was sentenced by Polish courts to death penalty, converted into 10 years of dense prison. He died on 31 August 1962 in Nowy Sącz. Colonel Iszkowski's ceremony was a large patriotic manifestation. present she's a forgotten character. Thanks to Dr. E.
