Germans. Over €50 billion for the energy crisis

Germany has spent at least EUR 50.4 billion to mitigate the effects of the energy crisis following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The highest cost were the gas and electricity price limits and consumer and business allowances in 2022 and 2023.
