Germany inactive has problems with Puma

In December, the German Ministry of Defence reported [about the hold in the process of upgrading the Puma combat infantry wagons to standard S1 until February 2024](https://defence24.pl/strong-arms/German-modernization-bwp-puma-delayed). 1 of the reasons for this was the problems related to, among others, the software that manufacture is to end within the aforementioned deadline. According to erstwhile assumptions, by the end of December 2023 the first 15 wagons were to be returned, but in mid-March 2024 the figure was only 10 units (in early April the case was not realized either). Thus, Rheinmetall will gotta pay penalties for delays, which are the next consecutive ones. But now another reason has been published to hold the process. We are talking about hand-held powder fire extinguishers, which are intended to supplement the automatic fire extinguishing system. Due to the mixture utilized during extinguishing, the vehicle is to be contaminated, which is to origin harm to any devices.
