On 5 February, Diehl Defence announced that at the turn of 2025 and 2026 it had signed respective production contracts with the national Office for Equipment, Information Technology and Support for the Operation of the Bundeswehr (BAAINBw) which concern the continuation of supplies of guided IRIS-T household missiles.
