Germany has decided to importantly reduce financial assistance to Ukraine next year. Most of the additional measures requested will not be granted to the Ministry of Defence. Although defence Minister Boris Pistorius speaks of the threat of war by 2029, the national government's actions increase the hazard of specified a scenario.
