1. Does the Minister know this case and ask the competent services for information on it?

4. If there was a preceding information from the German side, which institution was transferred and what channel and what was the reaction of the Polish side?
5. In the opinion of the Polish government, was it a readmission procedure or a forceful return of illegal immigrants (pushback) or any another procedure agreed between Poland and Germany?
6. Were the papers submitted to the Polish side concerning the Eritreans and Ethiopians who were abandoned at Szczecin, passed on in the right scope, time and form, in relation to the agreements concluded and their legal basis?
7. If this was not agreed, how did the government in this next akin case express protest?
8. What was the consequence from the German side and are the next steps planned?
9. How does the government intend to prevent the German side from following this scheme?
10. Is it planned to reconstruct random checks at the Polish-German border?
11. Is there an reflection of border crossings with Germany by Polish services for monitoring the operation of German services in the Polish territory?
12. Are abandoned immigrants from Eritrea and Ethiopia people who have illegally crossed the Polish-Belarus border? If not, how did they find themselves in Poland?
13. Have they applied for asylum after the force of left-wing NGOs?
14. Were they organizations operating in the border area with government approval?
15. Why do these immigrants decision freely around the country alternatively of waiting for an asylum decision in a closed SG centre or another safe location?
16. How many months will asylum applications be considered? In case of difficulty in determining the time of processing applications, delight specify the average time and maximum time allowed by the Minister for examining specified applications.
17. Is it not adequate to deny them asylum?
18. Will they be deported from Poland due to their refusal to grant asylum, and how many months will it take? In case of difficulty in determining the time of deportation, delight specify the average time of deportation of unwanted African citizens, broken down by country.
