The Minister of the Interior of Ukraine Ihor Kłymenko confirmed that the adjutant of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Walerija Załużny, Major Hennadij Tupiakov, was killed as a consequence of a grenade detonation which he received as a birthday present. "It was an accident" - stressed the Minister on Telegram.
