– In Warsaw, erstwhile we had another protest at the Sejm in Warsaw, under the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, on the same day, We have been told by Commissioner Wojciechowski that in general the European Green Deal will go to the basket! After which, 3 hours later, the European Commission spokesperson leaves and says that this is the Commissioner's private position... So nothing's changed!
There are 2 European Commission announcements on the European Green Deal:
Firstly, the withdrawal of the draft regulation on the regulation of the usage of plant protection products. In fact, the European Commission has withdrawn this draft regulation – it has not yet been adopted, it has not been voted on, but it has already been withdrawn from the legislative process. And the second component is simply a celebrated and known fall. The European Commission has suspended for 1 year. But provided, of course, that there must be cultivated bean plants, interflores, nitrogen binding plants, and plant protection products must not be utilized there.
Out of all these statements, and especially after the agricultural summit, erstwhile the Deputy Minister said that they would fight at European Union level to get out of this collapse, I feel that besides much the Ministry and the management of the Ministry of Agriculture does not know what the legal state is erstwhile it comes to wailing. I presume that Poland has most likely not notified any change to the European Commission as part of its fallacy.
What is worth noting is that it seems that in Poland there are the longest protests of farmers. We started these protests in Poland on January 24. It's mid-March and it turns out there is no implementation of any of the demands. None!

The EU represents 10% of global emissions. Going down to zero will not change the fact that the another 50, 70, or even 90% simply do NOT intend to kill their manufacture for climate religion.

The government is the only 1 with tools to solve these problems in Polish agriculture. I suggested simple solutions, I mean. introduction of a regulation prohibiting imports of agri-food products from Ukraine. I know that this is against European Union law. I know that there is simply a common trade policy that is the exclusive competence of the European Union. But I besides know that Ukrainian goods flood the Polish marketplace and I besides know that The European Commission will not initiate an infringement procedure against Poland! due to the fact that she hasn't started it since September 15th and will not do so until the European Parliament elections! So there are tools to implement this solution.
