The Ombudsman at the Polsat News studio recalled that he had forwarded his opinion to the Sejm, the legislature and the president on the suspension of asylum applications. In his opinion, this is simply a solution that can only be introduced in a state of war or exceptional.

The RPO recalled that, under modern exile law, any man who seeks refuge in a given country has the right to have his the application was examined. He stressed that this proposal "unnecessaryly needs to be considered positively" but that it could not be rejected in advance under the law.

We're waiting for your signature all the time. This regulation is ready. If your signature had even appeared this morning, we would have adopted this regulation right now. said Donald Tusk.
