Ukraine's abroad Minister Andrij Sybiha compared Vladimir Putin's actions to the decisions that were made during the Yalta Conference in 1945. On Tuesday's entry on the X platform, he stressed that the Russian leader is seeking a fresh division of the planet into spheres of influence, which poses a threat to global security.
