New sanctions for Russian weapons for mass raids on civilian Kiev

The Council of the European Union imposed sanctions on 5 Russian arms companies and their chiefs active in the killing of Ukrainian civilians in Kiev on 1-5 July. Companies plan and manufacture components for Russian drones and rockets.
