New sanctions on Russia. There's a green light

The European Union has approved the 17th package of sanctions on Russia, comprising nearly 200 ships from the Russian shadow "fleet", said EU head of diplomacy Kaja Kallas on Tuesday. She reiterated that further sanctions are under way.
