New punishment for property owners. Up to PLN 30,000 fine alternatively of the erstwhile PLN 5,000

The Ministry of Justice is working on amending the regulations that will affect landowners. According to the proposed changes, burning grass and plant debris will be punishable by a fine of up to PLN 30,000. The aim of the fresh regulations is to destruct impunity for people who, with premeditation or due to gross negligence, make a fire hazard for the surroundings.
