Investors implementing fresh gas-fired power plants that did not receive support in the form of winning capacity marketplace auctions (a form of state aid) in the erstwhile year, won this year's extra auctions. These are, m.in, the projects of Energa and Enea. The second gitma simultaneously signed a contract with the contractor immediately after the auction ended.
