What does the erstwhile Minister Czarnek say about Pomaska?

A erstwhile Minister of Education and Science, Prof. Przemysław Czarnek, responded to the allegations of MP KO. On Polsat News, “The Guest of Events” referred to Pomaska’s actions by criticizing its initiative. Czarnek utilized harsh words saying that the MP “makes a fool of herself” and accused her of deficiency of a substantive basis to complain.

Mrs. Pomask would hold us all for everything, just due to the fact that there is simply a completely different thought," said Czarnek.

According to the PiS MP, specified actions are a manifestation of “totalitarianism” and “normal barbarism”. Czarnek assured that the data of those who supported the Law and Justice financially would not be disclosed, which he felt would dispel any doubts raised by Pomaska.

Bodnar: legal collection

The current Minister of Justice has a different opinion from Pomaska.

– The collection of money organized by the Law and Justice is legal. Each organization can at any time encourage its supporters to pay contributions, said Minister of Justice General Adam Bodnar on Tuesday.

The PiS launched a fundraising after the State Election Commission rejected the party's financial statements and reduced its subsidy. The organization president Jarosław Kaczyński announced that there would no longer be a request to enter the PESEL number in the title of the donation transfer to PiS.
