The Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek estimated that the latest decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union were a further step towards restoring the regulation of law and restoring the appropriate function of the ultimate Court. He expressed his opinion after Thursday's judgments of the TEU and the position put forward by the Advocate General of the Court.
