Another circular of negotiations between Russia and the United States can be held “next week” – he revealed in a Sunday interview with Russian state tv Kirił Dmitriev, close advisor to Vladimir Putin on business. His words, quoted by the AFP agency, indicate a possible revival of the dialog between the disputed powers.

Dmitriev, the head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RFPI), who late visited Washington, admitted that although he was “carefully optimistic” about further talks, there is inactive a “many opponents” of the agreement between the 2 countries.
