New Arctic Patrol Ship Powered Royal Canadian Navy

On 28 October at Halifax, the Royal Canadian Navy officially accepted the patrol ship HMCS Margaret Brooke into service. This is the second Harry DeWolf unit created as part of the AOPS (Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ships) program.
