The planned signing of a French-Polish treaty covering defence and economical issues has taken on fresh importance due to Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine and uncertainty about U.S. safety guarantees, the Financial Times reported Friday. The treaty will be signed on May 9 in Nancy in east France.
