Neutralization of explosions in the Gulf of Gdańsk

According to the information provided by : Press Section 8. FOW together, 24 of the 32 artillery shells of 210 mm were neutralized, which were found during work carried out in the area of planned construction of a floating LNG gas handling terminal. Earlier in preparation for the operation, the facilities were towed into a ton of water into the Gulf of Gdańsk, into an ad hoc demolition site, designated in cooperation with the Maritime Office in Gdynia and the Regional Environment Directorate. The another unexplosives will be neutralized at another time.
