A modified motion for a compulsory mortgage on Zbigniew Ziobry's real property went to court. It clearly identifies the scope, amounts and creditors – said the spokesperson for the National Prosecution of Przemysław Nowak. The erstwhile 2 applications were dismissed by the court for formal reasons.
