The Prosecutor's Office is preparing a motion to prohibit the issue of a possible further passport to the erstwhile head of MS Zbigniew Ziobrze. According to the spokesperson for the National Prosecution of Proc. Przemysław Nowak, it is “obstruction” of the head of the MS “eventual further escape from the Schengen area” and akin detention.
