During the "Defence24DAY" conference we hosted Rafał Sobolewski, manager of the Programme Management and Defence Projects Department of the National Centre for investigation and improvement (NCBiR). During the interview, the issues of NCBiR support for BWP-Borsuk, the unmanned segment, conclusions from Ukraine and the acceleration of defence processes were discussed. NCBiR is simply a Polish executive agency appointed to carry out tasks in the field of scientific, technological and method policy of the state.
