Supported by the PiS, presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki invited Rafał Trzaskowski (KO) to test for drugs and substances not allowed in the body. He thus referred to the usage of a nicotine sachet by himself during a Friday tv debate.
Nawrocki was asked on Saturday at RMF FM about the motion he made during Friday's debate; he reached for his face with 1 hand, and the another blocked. When asked if he could wait until the debate was over, he replied: “Of course I could wait, but erstwhile you perceive to another lie by Rafał Trzaskowski for an hr (...), as he says all the time about his imaginary successes in Warsaw, I thought that this is the minute where a nicotine sachet would be useful.”
He added that due to the interest of the public, he wants to explain the subject and invited his counter-candidate, Rafał Trzaskowski and his colleagues to survey on Sunday.

In his opinion, the public has the right to know what is the wellness position of both candidates and “what are the substances in our organisms”. He expressed hope that candidate KO and his colleagues would take part in these tests.
He noted that he himself does not propose that individual is under the influence of illicit substances, but that it was “that various things were suggested on the web and on television.”
When asked if he had always smoked marijuana in his life, he replied that there was no need. "I am addicted to endorphins after sports training," he stressed, adding that he only smoked cigarettes, but "short and occasional".
When asked if he would legalize marijuana, Nawrock replied: “I am not in favour of legalizing drugs, I am not a proponent, I will not participate. "But I have a free approach, as I have said many times," he replied.

Health Minister Izabela Leszczyna stressed on Saturday on X that the wellness Protection Act against the consequences of tobacco and tobacco products prohibits the production and marketing of oral tobacco. "This product is simply a dream that has nothing to do with nicotine gum! (Is Mr.Nawrocki cheating his own staff?") - wrote the minister.
In her opinion, Nawrocki promotes "a very harmful, highly addictive and illegal product in front of millions of viewers, including minors".
According to authoritative PKW data, candidate KO Rafał Trzaskowski won 31.36 percent of the votes in the first circular of the presidential election, and supported by PiS Karol Nawrocki 29.54 percent. On 1 June they will face the second circular of elections.(PAP)
