Speaker of the Sejm Simon Holovnia announced on Wednesday that the National Assembly would be convened for 6 August at 10 o'clock. Before this body, Karol Nawrocki will take the presidential oath.
Holovnia announced that legal opinions on the position of the ultimate Court Audit Chamber will be presented in the coming days. As he stressed, the position of this home is not crucial for him in the context of the fresh president's oath.

The Marshal of the Sejm explained that the legal opinions “say directly: The Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs is 1 thing, but presidential elections benefit from the presumption of their validity”.
