Karol Nawrocki met with Sławomir Mentzen on the second circular of the presidential election. The intent of the discussion is to win the vote of the Confederate voters. A candidate supported by the PiS signed a declaration prepared by Mentzen. Nawrocki besides stated that 1 decision by erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki was a mistake. During a Thursday conversation on YouTube, Karol Nawrocki was asked by Sławomir Mentzen about a fewer issues he was expected to answer in a yes or a negative manner. A large part of them afraid decisions taken during the regulation of the Law and Justice.

However, he added that as the future president he looks at taxation issues through the prism of the full state's social policy. Referring to the cadastral tax, he pointed out that he was opposed to it, although the flat "is not a standard commodity", and he himself "thinks, knowing that young people are waiting for apartments that are in commercial trade (...), where there should be a limit for housing owners".

He besides stressed that will be "guarded" Polish gold. "I am an opponent of the euro not only for economical reasons, although they are important" - added the candidate. Mentzen, however, suggested that it was PiS that limited cash trading to entrepreneurs and introduced cash payment limits.

Nawrocki besides said as president would not sign any law that would restrict freedom of expression in accordance with the Constitution of Poland. "I will be the future guardian of the constitution and freedom of speech is 1 of the foundations of the functioning of Polish democracy" - he said. He added that the alleged hatred speech bill "should go to the dumpster" due to the fact that it does not solve the problem. The alleged hatred speech bill mentioned by Nawrocki was vetoed by president Andrzej Duda; it extends the catalogue of hatred crimes by 4 fresh premises: age, gender, disability and sexual orientation.

Supported by the PiS, the presidential candidate assessed that in Poland it is very hard to get a weapon permit, while at the same time "we are in a situation where civilian resilience of the Polish state must be raised". Nawrocki, who is besides the president of the IPN, admitted that he himself had access to individual weapons and obtained approval after "the Russian Federation started chasing him".

Another request from the declaration was not to sign any EU treaties weakening Poland. Nawrocki opposed "the surrender of Polish competences of the European Union in the field of Polish farms and Polish forests" or in the field of education. He besides stated that he was terrified by the thought of a "common European army". "Yes, I will not sign any commitments or treaties that aim to make a parastate from Europe" - he said.
