
Supported by Law and Justice, presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki decided to sue Onetu. This is simply a reaction to Tuesday's publication of the portal, which has put it in an highly unfavourable light.
Andrzej Sliwka, MP of PiS, informed about Nawrocki's decision. – Karol Nawrocki, by his attorneys, filed a suit for violation of individual property resulting from the content of these lying slanderous articles, but besides makes a private indictment. I have before me a suit for the protection of individual property that was filed in the territory Court – he said.
The full case concerns the publication of Onetu, according to which Nawrocki “participated in bringing prostitutes to Grand Hotel guests in Sopot while working as a bodyguard there”. "This is what his safety colleagues at the time talked to," we read.
Nawrocki announced actions
The PiS candidate immediately announced that he would file a civilian suit for the protection of individual property, as well as a private indictment in criminal proceedings for “stocks of lies and hatred”. However, he did not do so in election mode.
– The text that appeared on the Onet portal and subsequent texts published in the media space had small to do with journalistic integrity, and more with slanders and lies. We powerfully believe that journalists will besides pass on this information that a suit has been filed as well as a private indictment – said Mr Plum.
