Prime Minister Donald Tusk published a recording in which he referred to controversy around the second flat of Karol Nawrocki, the president of the IPN and a presidential candidate supported by the Law and Justice. The case concerns the takeover by Nawrock of the municipal flat of 80-year-old Mr. George in exchange for the promise of care. Eventually, an aged man went to a welfare home, and the case sparked a storm in the media.

What do we know about the apartment?
Karol Nawrocki took over the studio (28.5 m2) in Gdańsk from Mr. Jerzy, who bought it for about PLN 12,000 in 2011 (10% of the value), utilizing the preferential right of preemption. According to Onetu reports, Nawrocki was to get an flat in 2017 for PLN 120 thousand, and now its value is estimated at about PLN 400 thousand.

Nawrocki Staff repudiates the charges
