President-elect Karol Nawrocki announced on Thursday that as commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces he plans to meet with Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz to discuss the directions of improvement of the Polish army – including the falling number of fresh recruits and the mark size of the army.
